A collaboration between and … a LONG time in the works…:blush:

:bulletpurple: Verboses’s original line work (a style and form of which you can see in his signature) …licked over by myself… :writersblock: … When I started colouring this (three months ago *meh* :)), the colour stayed purely within the darker ‘base’ lines… it just didn’t seem to fit to the whole idea of the wildness of fire…

:bulletblue: So I left it…until the discovery of ‘sketchy’ colouring. It seemed to serve the idea of the image better… :orange:

:bulletblue: Originally, the burning figure was going to be alone…but then…’Comfort or Damnation’…was this hell? Or the afterlife?…sketched in some more tortured souls. But why, then is she…standing frozen/cold/still/almost calm?…while the others writhe? :fear:

Gosh, I love the way you describe things (I always read the darned descriptions because they are always interesting in their own ways!) Nice collaboration between you two; gives me the presence of some kind of mystical aura!
