Greetings, peoples!

I've finally solidified my misanthropy in realising that I'm nothing more than a stupid animal, thrudging through a forest and occasionally glancing out at the stars. I do envy people like Richard Dawkins and Stephen Hawking who stand taller and see further than the rest of us.

I read the scientific entries on wikipedia (deuterium, sub-atomic particles, etc.) and realise that there is a mountain of knowledge that I cannot hope to understand fully. I feel like a complete moron much of the time, but perhaps it's not a bad thing. At least, it provides a positive force towards change.

If only I'd inherited my dad's brain, maybe I'd have been a physicist by now. Certainly, it would have allowed a satisfying glimpse into the full, intricate and wondorous universe. X3 But you have to make do with what you have.

Then again, what we do here...the artists, the writers and the entertainers do a valuable service too; to entertain those smarty-pants scientists on their time off.
